transaction completed but transfer not reflecting

transaction completed but transfer not reflecting

I have a completed transaction for etherscan , however the transfer is not reflecting in my Jaxx wallet. Don't seem to be able to get a reasonable response from Jaxx support. All I get is to upgrade my Jaxx wallet but I'm on the latest version on all devices.

It now been a week of back and forth

Any suggestions would be appreciated
