I have what could be a serious problem. Has to do with the email on wallet id For some reason, I have checked spam settings, I am not receiving emails anymore when accessing my blockchain.info created wallet. Before I can access the wallet an email is sent to me to approve the login attempt. I am now effectively locked out of the wallet. I am in the hands of "someone" at blockchain.info to then change the email address on that wallet. I am effectively in the hands of possibly one person at blockchain.info who can decide, or not, to change the email address. This is extremely unsettling. Also unsettling is on the form to request the reset of the email and 2-step verification, there is place to enter the secret phrase. There is confusion on whether to enter in the recovery phrase or the secret phrase. Who does one talk to? The secret phrase is 16 words long. The recovery phrase is 12 words long.
