Bitcoin Chainparams.cpp what is - base58Prefixes[PUBKEY_ADDRESS]? I am creating an altcoin for fun from the Bitcoin core source code, and I am currently looking through the code in chainparams.cpp and I have come across this line: base58Prefixes[PUBKEY_ADDRESS] = std::vector<unsigned char>(1,0); What does this code do?
