my transaction is pending ,4 days old ... what to do? Please help!

I made 2 transactions from my ledger nano s to same address http://ift.tt/2C19cMJ

One transactions was $12 fees and it is confirmed and other $2 fees and is not confirmed ..4 days old. please someone can help me what to do to cancel the transaction and pay more fees ? or what to do ? How long I have to wait ?
