I need to move my LTC from my Mac Apple in wallet Litecoin TQ, in my wallet in Coinbase. 48 hours ago i order the send but is still pending without confirmation (0-6)

Maybe its better use the provate keys. Do you have the right way to find the keys and export, and after import in coinbase by that private keys ?i have this Message in my wallet in MAC apple
