Electrum wallet issue

I have two electrum wallets on electrum tails. I was able to find the seed for one if them and restore and access on the app. It won't give me access to the other one, does that mean it has a different seed? Is there anyway, short of finding seed/password to access the other account? "I can see the balance just can't transfer
