Do I need see coins in my Offline Wallet? Or only Watch only Wallet?

Do I need see coins in my Offline Wallet? Or only Watch only Wallet?

I am pretty new to bitcoin. I transferred mbtcs to the bitcoin address created through my offline wallet from a exchange. This is a newly created wallet, so I installed another Electrum, on my online computer, as a watch only wallet. The balance was 0 bitcoins, but now it reflects very nicely as "0.001" Bitcoins (The exact amount I transferred after fees). That means, it successfully transferred to my offline address. My question is, am I supposed to transfer these exact bitcoins to my offline computer? So that it shows exactly "0.001" bitcoins in my offline wallet and not the watch only wallet? Because now it just says not connected.

So my issue is, have I transferred the bitcoins from exchange to my offline address properly, or is there one more step to this?
