Blockchain transaction gone missing
I set up my account through the Blockchain app, logged my seed and everything else I needed and continued with purchases etc. direct through them, they use coinify to process. Couple of days later I decided to run Blockchain on my Mac and spent ages trying to figure out the pairing process, it wouldn't work at all seemed to only want to pair In he other direction. So I decided to delete the app reinstall it and pair it how it asked. When I did this both online and app balances were zero. A bit worried, but happy knowing I had the seed I ran through the account recovery and when It came up the balance was still zero!
I logged in to Coinify separate and the transaction is still there! Really don't know what to do now. The support service options at Blockchain are awful, the second one of these platforms offer good customer service as a USP they will have nailed it.
But anyway on to the second part of the problem. When you go to do a transaction now in the recovered wallet, you attempt to make coinify transactions and it tries to create you a new account with them the provier again as if doing it anew, but it says account already exists so the whole thing locks down and won't work. Bit of a fundamental bug there which hope they will fix.
Any thoughts on above be appreciated from the more experienced
