Blockchain fees $100 for $1000 !!! Please help

I have a problem in blockchain.info

I want to send amount and fees are very high..$100 for $1000 .... my wallet balance made out of tiny transication

I got also this message when sending payments :

Your wallet needs to consolidate many smaller payments you've received in the past. This requires a relatively high fee in order to be confirmed quickly.

Please help me what can i do to have ordinary fees?
