Bither max transaction fee is 1mBTC per kb. I don't want a stalled transaction

Bither's max transaction fee is 1mBTC per kb.

If i am doing my math right

1mBTC per kb = 100,000 Satoshis per kb.

(100,000 Satoshis / 1024) = (97.65625 Satoshis /byte)

According to http://ift.tt/2A4nZ8p this is 1/4 what it should be.

Any thoughts?
