bitcoin transaction spent but not recieved in wallet [HELP] [on hold]

i had a bitcoin deposit pending for a few days and the transaction was unconfirmed. i checked every day and nothing changed. yesterday the transaction was confirmed but my wallet balance did not change. i checked blockchain and it said (spent). i did not send it to anyone! what happened ???
