Bitcoin to Bitcoin Cash (in Bitconnect.co platform)

Lost everything when I sent (should have exchanged) my Bitcoin (in a bitcoin wallet) to a Bitcoin Cash wallet (in Bitconnect.co platform).

I have the Transaction information, which includes a TXID number and the Wallet #'s of the 34 digit Bitcoin/Bitcoin Cash Wallets in Bitconnect.co.

Do you know what wallets Bitconnect.co uses?

Here was Bitconnect.co's reply to me: "If you have deposited or withdrawn your coins to a wrong address and a transaction id has been generated, Bitconnect cannot help you recover these coins."

Any recommendations on how to get it back?
