Antminer S7 hashrate problem

Antminer S7 hashrate problem

Ok I'm a total noob to mining. It took me three days to set up my S7 and successfully join a pool. My antminer S7 will make it up to 4.7 TH/s when it first starts up but it almost instantly starts to drop down to about 1.5 TH/s. Can anybody offer some advice. Then after a while it slowly will go back up tops out and drops back down. Booo! Can anybody offer any troubleshooting help/possible explanation? I've attached a screenshot of the miner status.
