unconfirmed transaction after -zapwallettxes=1

unconfirmed transaction after -zapwallettxes=1

My transaction is not confirmed since 2017-11-21. I started Bitcoin Core with -zapwallettxes=1. After that I repeated the sending of coins with more fee. But a new transaction does not appear. Could you please explain what I need to do to ensure that the transactions are processed.

1st transaction: be22cbc4e6bbe326d63f5035f36337df14bcae762a3815e1767b767081d2b89f

2nd transaction: 462b29e7cc4b2afdf65854aa26d5540b0f76662189c4284a3642d8d8fc8ff514
