Private key imported into Bitcoin Core wallet erroneously appearing as watch-only

I am running Bitcoin Core wallet (v.0.15.1, 64-bit) and imported some private keys via importprivkey in the console, including a rescan. In some of the cases, the coins associated with the imported private keys appeared as "Spendable" while, in other cases, the addresses were imported as "Watch-only". I am 100% sure that in all cases I am importing the WIF private key associated with the imported address. Why might this be the case? I have tried re-importing the private key for the address that is appearing as Watch-only to no avail. Please see the screen grab below and note that all of the addresses were imported via the same method, the private keys were obtained using the same method, yet some appear with the little eyeball logo indicating that they are being treated as Watch-only. The only imported address that appeared as watch-only with a non-zero balance has a balance of only 1 satoshi, if that could possibly make a difference? Thanks in advance for any insight!
