LoadLibrary: An attempt to set the process default activation context failed because the process default activation context was already set
I have send some coin to my wallet by way of testing the transfer process. It has not arrived as expected, so trying to isolate the problem. Thought that upgrading electrum might help. This is because electrum seems to be perpetually syncronizing, so I can't be sure that the transfer hasn't gone through, and I just can't see it.
Currently running 2.7.18, upgrading to 3.0.0. I first got: "error loading python dll", where they suggested running as administrator. But before I tried that, I tried downloading electrum 3.0.0 as the windows installer instead of executable, see if that would fixe the problem. I deleted the previous download. Now I get the error listed in the title. I was transfering monero to bitcoin using shapeshift.
Since then, electrum tells me there was a transfer of zero at date unknown.
