Is there a gui to manage the bitcoind server via a browser?

I installed bitcoind on my centos server and was wondering if there was a gui that can control everything the bitcoind does. Would be nice check balance, send funds, create wallets via the browser.

UPDATE: Can't comment on someone's answer for my question which is rather frustrating. Anyway, thanks @ConcealmEnt for the answer, allowed me to search and found you can setup an Electrum server which allows an Electrum client to connect to it, exactly what we were looking for.
