good way to deposit to bitstamp from barclay banking?

I am using bitstmap service to buy some bitcoin (my banking is barclay banking). I have two questions.

  1. what is the best way to deposit the money EU Bank(SEPA) or International Bank (since I don't know whether is it valid that UK is in EU Bank(SEPA) or not. )

  2. Bitstamp LIMITED's IBAN is SI56070000002199468, but sending the money in barclay mobile banking requires the sort-code and account number, how could I convert IBAN to sort code and account number?
