Bitcoins sold but not received

Bitcoins sold but not received

On 10 December 2017 I've tried to sell my bitcoins and to have it transferred to my BTCDirect account. Unfortunately, it never arrived there. My wallet however, shows now 0.00 balanance. Does anyone know how to get this right or to get these coins back? I dont have a clou what i maybe did wrong. You can have a look at the transaction at http://ift.tt/2lHpNyP
