What happens to BTC coins if I accidentally sent from my exchange wallet to my nano s ethereum wallet account?

In haste I sent BTC coins from Coinspot wallet, to an Ethereum Receive address in my own Ledger Nano S. Can they be recovered, the transaction shows completed in Coinspot, but no TX id.
