Two output addresses on Blockchain

Two output addresses on Blockchain

I sent some 0,1 coins to one address but blockchain is showing 2 addresses.

I read that this is the change address to which the client will send the change. However, the closing balance on my current address is showing 0 btc.

How do I gain access to the change address? Or is this linked to my current wallet?

Some help would be appreciated
