transaction to deleted wallet

So on December 12th I tried to send 1USD to my coinomi wallet just to test. After that I found out you could also sweep your wallet which is what i did, unfortunately i also deleted the old wallet so this transaction is now stuck forever. I tried to rebroadcast in the hope mycelium gives me the option to delete the transaction.

today I wanted to send some BTC to my binance account but it gives an error saying "WARNING wait for at least one confirmation! (Uncorfirmed Parent)" is this in anyway related to the other transaction?
