Setting up an algorithmic trader for bitcoin

So, I've tested an algorithm using past bitcoin data that I am comfortable with deploying but have a few questions before I move forward.

  1. Will I encounter transaction limits?
  2. What platform is best suited for algo trading?
  3. Will I need to set up a system in spark to handle the live streaming data?
