LUCK OR FAITH... ??? Either way, I need help setting up a solo pool and maybe writing a new language for computers

I mined 7 Blocks in 5 days in a shared pool and got .001 BTC. Had I been mining on my own, I would have made over 1 Million Dollars, instead I got... Like $10.

So, I want to know the cheapest way to set up my own Private mining network... and if anyone want's to get involved as partner or investor. I'm working with new technologies but more importantly new methodology....
