It keep not make a transaction as intended

I made a transaction in Bitcoin Core.

B address : 14NHbVZPDxu1BaLoT5XUJdN6wLWyFvmkqL

I sent 0.01 money to the A from A.(Yes. literally A to A)

But B address got my remain money.. It seems kinda called Change Address but it is not my intended...

How should I make a transaction without Change Address?

I want to make one input and one output as same address in one transaction.
