I was given a wallet address the day i was able to use coin base for the first time. They lost my bit coins I think

I have a upaycard account ahd in mid. November I was attempting to transfer my BTC to coin-base from the upay account, I gave them the address that coin base provided and my money never made it. How can i find out where this address that got my money is located
