i how can i keep backup of users bitcoin address?

i how can i keep backup of users bitcoin address?

i have task to create wallet like system which will generate getnewaddress() for each user,using bitcoind instance

i have heard that it can generate only 100 keypool so first backup file will contain only 100 address and private keys after that will have to get new backup or what please give me process flow

how can i schedule regular backup of new users and keep their address and private keys safe

does bitcoind has HD functionality so we can just create backup on day one and then we can retrieve millions of accounts without problems

any suggestions
