just wondering if anyone has any idea how ICO cap and total coin circulation is calculated. I see number ICOs now a days throwing bonus coins and free coins with initial offerings. Who regulates these numbers ? Or its just mere peoples willingness to accept the offer and paying it with speculation that does better after the launch ?
