failed btc transfer between 2 different wallet providers

failed btc transfer between 2 different wallet providers

I transfered btc from blockchain wallet to a bitcoin.com powered wallet. transaction is confirmed but amounts do not appear in the destination wallet.

it may happen I deleted one of the wallets in the bitcoin.com app before transaction was fully confirmed and I do not think my deleted wallet was backed-up.

Any chance to recover the amounts?TX I contacted both support teams but no reply so far transaction at link below http://ift.tt/2nIzfoY
