BTC Deposit to Bittrex confirmed Via BlockCypher but not showing in Bittrex?

does anyone have any ideas as to why the BTC I sent to Bittrex to buy a crypto currency isn't showing? The address is 100% correct. The transaction is confirmed. http://ift.tt/2zbncEt It's been 4 days But it's not even pending in my bittrex dashboard. A little worried, Or even have a phone number or means of contact for Bittrex (I've tried a couple so far but ni luck). I have also raised a couple support tickets now but nothing back yet. Thanks in advance
