Bitcoin Transfers through the blockchain glitched? [duplicate]

This question already has an answer here:

yesterday at 10:17 am I transferred 0.16017409 BTC (not including -0.0005 btc withdrawal fee) from one exchange to another. Here it is on blockchain.info http://ift.tt/2AIDcNr

Now it is 8:06am the next day. It's been nearly 24 hours, and as you can see on blockchain.info I have not had a SINGLE confirmation? On the exchange I withdrew it to, they have acknowledged I (submitted) the withdrawal but also have NaN on the confirmations??? I'm really shitting myself because I've made multiple tickets to both exchanges, even though it's not their fault because it's the miners job to confirm my bitcoin! I've checked multiple times, the bitcoin address I've withdrawn it too is correct, and the exchange acknowledges it as "submitted" shown as submitted I'm now shitting myself. Why on earth is this happening?
