bfgminer "--cmd-sick" usage

bfgminer "--cmd-sick" usage

I see the options for sick / dead / idle commands, but what are some examples of how to use this?

It seems like any time my miner goes "sick", if I restart it, it'll pick back up properly. That's what I'd like to put as the command, but does the argument refer to a bfgminer command or a shell command?

I can't find a usage example ANYWHERE.
