Sent bcc to a btc wallet help please

I've sent bcc from coinpayments to my btc wallet by mistake the public key of my btc wallet has changed but I know it and can see the bcc on the bcc block chain I have contacted coinpayments for help but there auto reply bot says it's a problem at the receiving end because the transaction shows as complete I do have the private key for my btc wallet any help would be appreciated thanks
