Opening wallet.dat and getting the master privkey

At reseting my computer I had to uninstall my BitcoinCore node. I was able to save the wallet.dat and all the privkeys individualy (in paper by handwriting). I have read that in the new node it is enough to delete de new wallet and substitute it for the old to recover all de coins. My question is, how can I (with which program), open my wallet.dat and be able to downwrite my master privkey? I am not a programer.
