I have accidentally sent Litecoin to my Bitcoin wallet address

I have accidentally sent Litecoin to my Bitcoin wallet address.I have both wallets on my Nano Ledger S and i was wondering if i can somehow transfer them to the right wallet, which is the Litecoin one, because both wallets are empty right now.Thank you
