How do I move my DigiBytes from liteBit.eu to my wallet [on hold]

I recently bought Digibytes from the LiteBit.eu exchange, the status says the transaction is finished. However the coins never appeared in my wallet and I cannot or I do not know how to get the coins into my wallet, support desk so far is useless, can anyone help me get my coins back please.
