Flat candlestick chart trends

Flat candlestick chart trends

Can anyone provide some help on interpreting flat trends in candlestick charts. I am having trouble finding information on this particular pattern. Everything else seems to have pretty descriptive trend information (Not also 100% accurate of course), but for some reason, I cannot find any information on interpreting these lulls. Thanks!
