bitcoin-qt stuck connection to peers

My bitcoin-qt is stuck at connecting to peers with 46 weeks left to go. It's on pruned mode and i do have enough disk space for the blockchain. Port 8333 is also open for incoming connections. Also using latest bitcoin-core 0.15.1
